To use the spay77 Platform, you must complete the online registration form accurately and in full. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in the immediate closure of your account and forfeiture of any balance.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or authentication codes with any third party. spay77 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain credential security. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify our support team immediately at [email protected].
Each Member is permitted to maintain only one (1) active account. Duplicate accounts, whether created intentionally or inadvertently, will be closed. Funds in duplicate accounts may be voided or transferred at spay77's sole discretion. This rule applies on a per-person, per-household, and per-IP-address basis. Members found to operate multiple accounts to exploit bonus offers will have all bonuses revoked and may face permanent account closure.
Your registered account details — particularly your name and payment method details — must match exactly. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, etc.) registered in the same legal name as your spay77 account. spay77 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
spay77 is required to verify the identity of all members in compliance with internationally recognized anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) standards. Verification may be requested at any time, including (but not limited to) upon first withdrawal request, when a cumulative deposit threshold is reached, or when unusual account activity is detected.
Standard KYC reviews are completed within 1–4 hours during business hours (09:00–21:00 WIB). Complex or incomplete submissions may take up to 24 hours. spay77 will notify you by email and/or live chat upon completion.
spay77 may request updated documentation periodically or following significant account activity. Refusal to comply with KYC requests within a reasonable timeframe will result in withdrawal suspension until documentation is provided.
spay77 accepts deposits via the following methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposit transactions must originate from a payment account registered in your legal name.
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000 per transaction. There is no standard maximum deposit limit; however, large deposits may trigger additional verification steps.
Deposits via major Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay) are generally credited within seconds. spay77 is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider. If a deposit does not appear in your account within 30 minutes, contact support with your transfer receipt.
All transactions are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). Any foreign currency conversion costs are the Member's responsibility.
Deposits from payment accounts not registered in the Member's legal name are strictly prohibited. Any such deposit may be reversed, and the account suspended pending investigation.
To submit a withdrawal request, your account must be fully KYC-verified and in good standing. The withdrawal amount must consist of Real Money funds only; Bonus Funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000 per request. Maximum daily withdrawal is Rp 100.000.000 for standard accounts. Higher limits may apply to verified VIP accounts.
Most withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes during business hours (09:00–21:00 WIB). Automated 24/7 processing is available for fully verified accounts. Requests submitted outside business hours are queued and processed as soon as agents become available. spay77 targets a maximum processing time of 24 hours for all withdrawal requests under normal operating conditions.
Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified payment account registered in your legal name. spay77 does not issue withdrawals to third-party accounts, credit cards belonging to others, or any account where the registered name does not match your spay77 account name exactly.
spay77 does not charge fees on standard withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges. Any such charges are the Member's sole responsibility.
spay77 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request where: (a) the account has not completed KYC verification; (b) there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or bonus abuse; (c) a chargeback dispute is pending on the account; or (d) the withdrawal request triggers an automatic compliance review. In such cases, spay77 will communicate the reason and expected resolution timeline to the Member within 48 hours.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available by spay77 are subject to specific wagering requirements and terms stated at the point of offer. By accepting a bonus, you agree to the individual promotion's terms in addition to these general Terms & Conditions. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.
New Members who make a qualifying first deposit of at least Rp 100.000 are eligible for a 100% match bonus up to Rp 20.000.000. The welcome bonus carries a 5x wagering requirement that must be satisfied within 30 days of the bonus being credited. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within this period will result in automatic forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or, in some cases, bonus plus deposit amount) must be staked before a withdrawal can be requested. For example, a Rp 500.000 bonus with a 5x wagering requirement requires total bets of Rp 2.500.000 before the bonus converts to withdrawable Real Money. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino may contribute 10–20%. Full contribution tables are published in each individual promotion's terms.
All bets placed on the spay77 Platform are final once confirmed. Members are responsible for verifying the accuracy of their selections — including event, market, stake, and odds — before confirming any wager. spay77 will not accept claims for bets placed in error after confirmation has been issued.
Odds are displayed in decimal format and are subject to change up to the point of bet confirmation. In-play (live betting) odds fluctuate in real time; the odds at the moment of confirmation are the odds that apply to the bet. spay77 makes no representation that any odds displayed prior to confirmation will remain available.
A bet may be declared void and the stake refunded in full under the following circumstances: (a) the event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned without a result being determined within 48 hours; (b) the bet was accepted due to a manifest technical or pricing error; (c) the event was materially affected by circumstances outside normal competition conditions. Void bets in an accumulator are settled as if that selection did not exist, with the accumulator recalculated accordingly.
Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) results are sourced from the official draw organizations for the respective market (Singapore, Hong Kong, Sydney, Macau). Draw results as published by those organizations are final and binding. No claims will be accepted on the basis of alleged discrepancies with unofficial result sources.
Live casino games are operated by licensed third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. The rules of each live game are governed by the respective studio's published rules, which are available in the game interface. In the event of a game disconnection, the hand or round outcome is determined by the studio's server logs, which are authoritative.

spay77's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the Account Balance held in that Member's account at the time the claim arises.
spay77 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform entirely at your own risk. spay77 is not responsible for any loss resulting from: (a) Platform unavailability due to maintenance, technical failure, or third-party disruption; (b) internet connectivity failures on the Member's end; or (c) incorrect information provided by the Member during registration or KYC.
spay77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: (a) breach of these Terms & Conditions; (b) provision of false or misleading information; (c) suspected fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity; (d) failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; or (e) conduct deemed harmful to the integrity of the Platform or other Members.
Upon termination for cause, spay77 may withhold the Account Balance pending investigation. Where a Member is found to have engaged in fraudulent or prohibited conduct, the Account Balance may be forfeited in full.
Members may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any outstanding wagering requirements must be settled, and any remaining Real Money balance will be processed as a withdrawal to your verified payment method within 5 business days of the request.
spay77 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify Members by posting a notice on the Platform homepage and, where appropriate, by email to the address registered on your account. The updated Terms will take effect seven (7) calendar days after the notice date, unless a shorter period is required by legal or regulatory obligation.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request voluntary account closure before the effective date.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which spay77 holds its international gaming license. Nothing in these Terms creates any rights enforceable under Indonesian law with respect to the legality of online gambling activities; it is your responsibility to determine and comply with any applicable local laws.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognized arbitration body in the governing jurisdiction. The language of arbitration shall be English. Each party shall bear its own legal costs unless the arbitrator determines otherwise.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you waive any right to bring claims against spay77 as a plaintiff or class member in any class or representative action proceeding.
